Airline Transportation Discounts
Phi Theta Kappa has contracted special discounts on major airlines for your travel to the 2010 Phi Theta Kappa International Convention.
American Airlines: Receive a 5% discount when you book on-line at www.aa.com or call the American Airlines Meeting Services Desk at 1.800.433.1790 for American Airlines or American Eagle flights. Use authorization number 9340AE as the promotion code. This discount is valid for up to five days before and after the Convention dates.
Continental Airlines: Receive discounts off published fares of 2% to 10% or Zone fares. Call your travel professional or Continental MeetingWorks at 1.800.468.7022 for reservations. Refer to Z Code – ZGBP and Agreement Code – DJF94X. Save an additional 3% off by booking your own reservations at www.continental.com. Choose your flight times and access your meeting discounts by inserting these codes in the offer code box: Z Code – ZGBP and Agreement Code DJF94X.
Northwest Airlines: Receive a discount ranging from 2% to 7% depending on the fare type that you choose. Individuals and Meeting Planners should go to www.nwa.com. Under the Flights tab and just below the boxes where you enter the “From” and “To” cities, click the link labeled ‘Do you have a Discount Travel E-Cert or other voucher?’ Enter your WorldPerks number or continue to login as Guest. Complete the Flight Search section and navigate to the bottom where you will see ‘Do you have an E-Cert Fare, electronic voucher or meeting agreement?’ Select type (i.e. Meeting Agreement (WorldFile number) and then enter the Meeting Agreement Code NM49L in the Meeting WorldFile Number box and complete your transaction.
Delta Airlines: Receive discounts ranging from 2% to 7% depending on the fare type booked. To receive your discount, contact Delta at 1.800.328.1111. Your discount airlines reservations cannot be made online. When making your reservations provide the Meeting Ticket Designator/File Number: NM49L to the airline representative.
Rental Car Discount Information
Avis: Use this Avis Discount Link to reserve your car with Avis. The Phi Theta Kappa discount number D082799 will auto fill in the Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) box under Rates & Discounts.
Hertz: Visit the Hertz Discount Link and to reserve your car and receive special rates and unlimited mileage. To reserve at these special rates check the box to indicate you have a discount (CDP, PC, Coupon or other code) and use this exclusive Convention Number (CV) 022L2952. Advance reservations are recommended, as cars are subject to availability.

Parking
The WALT DISNEY WORLD SWAN AND DOLPHIN RESORT offers the following parking options for Convention attendees who will be driving.
Self-parking fees: $9.00 a day for hotel guest with in/out privileges
Valet-parking fees: $15 (inclusive of tax) with in/out privileges
Overnight: $24 (plus tax) with in/out privileges
