Not sure who will attend?
You can still lock in the Early Bird Rate and save by registering today using “tentative” or “dummy” attendee names. Lock in the low rate now and simply update your registration records with names of actual attendees by March 16, 2010.
Duplicate Registrations
Phi Theta Kappa cannot be responsible for duplicate registrations. If you submit a duplicate registration in error, you must request a refund.
Photographic Release
When submitting registrations online, the individual submitting registrations will be asked to indicate agreement with the Society’s Photographic Release for all persons registered. This allows Phi Theta Kappa’s audio visual and still photography professionals to film and photograph Convention activities for on-site airing and future promotions.
Payment
Phi Theta Kappa requires payment at the time of registration. Submit payment as part of the online registration process using an American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card; college purchase order or check. Payments by college purchase order or check must be received by Phi Theta Kappa within 30 days of submitting the registration.
Confirmation
Convention registrants will receive confirmation of registration by email within one to two business days of submitting a registration online.
Cancellation and Refund Request Policy
- Deadline for requesting cancellations or refunds is March 31, 2010.
- Cancellations or refunds after March 31, 2010, will not be accepted.
- Fees will be refunded minus a $50.00 per person service charge.
- Refunds will be processed after May 1, 2010.
- Refunds cannot be issued on site at the Convention Registration Desk.

Requests for cancellations or refunds must be made in writing using only the official Phi Theta Kappa Cancellation or Refund Request Form available here.
- Honors in Action Academy registrations are non-refundable.
